Products & Custom Orders
We provide custom bottle openers based on customer-submitted artwork or designs created through our online design tool.
- All designs are considered final once submitted
- Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, spelling, and layout
- We are not responsible for errors in approved designs
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Pricing is based on quantity and product type
- Bulk discounts are applied automatically
- Payment is required at checkout
Production & Turnaround Time
Production times vary based on order size and design complexity.
- Typical production time: 2–5 business days
- Smaller orders may ship faster
- Larger orders may require additional time
Production time does not include shipping time.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS using the selected method at checkout.

- All shipments include tracking
- Total delivery time = production + shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an order issue.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve it.

Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the design, or
- You have permission to use it
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted materials submitted by customers.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays beyond our control or errors in customer-submitted designs.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Because all products are custom-made, changes may not be possible once production has started. If you need to make an adjustment, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
