Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about ordering, customizing, accessories, pricing, production, and shipping. Looking for something specific to one opener style? Every product page also has its own quick FAQ section.
Getting Started
There's no minimum order required. Order a single opener as a sample before committing your bar or business to a full run, or go straight to volume — per-unit pricing drops to $5.98 at 1,000+ units for most styles. See our bulk pricing page for every tier.
No design experience is needed. Our online design studio is built to be easy to use — upload your own artwork, add text, or choose from our library of graphics and fonts, with a real-time preview as you go.
You can order as few as one — many businesses do exactly that as a test run before a larger order. If you're ordering for a bar, restaurant, event, or marketing campaign, our bulk pricing page shows how per-unit pricing drops at higher quantities.
Bars, restaurants, breweries, brands, event planners, and marketing teams make up most of our orders — outfitting staff, stocking merch shelves, and running promotions — along with bartenders, wedding parties, and home-bar builders.
Yes. Every opener is manufactured and printed in-house at our Florida facility, which is how we keep quality control tight and turnaround fast — and why business orders with fixed event dates can count on predictable production times.
Yes — the design studio shows a real-time preview so you know exactly how your opener will look before it goes into production.
Custom vs. Designed — Which Should You Choose
Custom openers are built from scratch in the design studio using your own logo, artwork, or text, giving you full creative control. Designed openers start from a pre-made layout that you personalize with a name or short line of text — a faster path when you don't need a fully original design. For the widest selection of ready-made inked openers, you can also browse our sister shop Ink Correct.
Yes. Every designed opener can be personalized with your name or a short line of text, and some layouts also allow color changes.
No — on designed styles, a spinner ring is available as a $1 add-on for Standard, Cocktail Strainer, and Mini. It's included free on those same three styles when you order custom.

It's fully functional. Its larger, more distinctive shape also makes it popular as a display piece, gift, or conversation starter.
Accessories
We currently offer spinner rings, a keychain attachment, and a leather protective pouch.
It adds a cushioned grip around the opener's ring hole, improving control, comfort, and speed. It doesn't spin freely on its own — it stays fixed in place.

Keychain attachment: best fit is Mini, also compatible with Standard, Cocktail Strainer, Pour Spout Remover, and V-Rod. Protective pouch: Standard, Cocktail Strainer, Pour Spout Remover, and V-Rod — not Mini, Business Card, or Gun Shaped.

Designing Your Opener
No. It's built to be beginner-friendly — upload your own artwork, add text, or build a design directly in the tool using our library of graphics and fonts.
We recommend completing your design in one session when possible. To avoid losing progress, save often or take a screenshot of your design before checkout.
Yes — downloadable templates in Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (AI), and PDF formats, with accurate dimensions and safe areas for every style. Templates are optional — you can also design directly in the online design studio.
PSD and AI files require software like Photoshop or Illustrator. If you don't have access to those, use the PDF version or design directly in our online design studio instead.
Yes — our team can review your artwork and help get it ready for production. Contact us anytime.
Artwork & Image Requirements
SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF, GIF, PDF, and EPS files, up to 25 MB. Vector formats like SVG or EPS give the best results. See our Artwork Guidelines page for full details.
Minimum 300 DPI. As large and high-quality as possible is always better — small or heavily compressed images tend to print blurry or pixelated.
Only if you own the rights or have permission from the creator. We don't print copyrighted or protected material without proper authorization.
We may reach out to request a higher-quality file, which can delay production — so it's worth double-checking resolution before you upload.
Pricing & Bulk Discounts

Most styles run from $12.98 for one down to $5.98 per unit at 1,000+ (V-Rod bottoms out at $6.98, Gun Shaped at $11.98). See our bulk pricing page for the full tables.
Standard, Cocktail Strainer, Pour Spout Remover, Mini, and Business Card share one starting price of $12.98. V-Rod starts at $13.98, and Gun Shaped starts at $18.98, reflecting their larger or more detailed shapes.

Business & Bulk Orders
Yes — send us the style, quantity, and deadline through our contact form and we'll prepare a quote. Every order also comes with an order confirmation suitable for expense reports and bookkeeping.
All the time — bulk runs for venues, breweries, weddings, and marketing campaigns are the core of what we do. Volume pricing reaches $5.98 per unit at 1,000+ units, and runs over 100 units can take up to 10 business days to produce, so build that into your event timeline — or contact us and we'll confirm it upfront.
Two easy options: with no minimum order, you can order a single finished opener with your artwork as a low-cost test. Physical samples may also be available depending on your order size — contact us to ask.
If you're looking to resell openers — as venue merch, retail stock, or through your own shop — contact us to discuss wholesale and resale options.
Yes — you can produce the same design again any time. Keep your original artwork file so it's quick to rebuild in the design studio, or contact us and we'll help you set up the re-run.
